Mario Al-Jebouri Forem Consulting Partner
Founded Forem Consulting in 2001. Mr. Al-Jebouri is a Certified Corporate Financier and a Bachelor of Engineering. He has worked for Her Majesty’s Department of Trade and Industry, Arthur Andersen, Lazard Investment Bank and the Government of Bulgaria as a senior advisor to the Prime Minister, H.E. Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.
During his career as an investment banker at Lazard, Mario led the EMEA Oil&Gas team, executing a plethora of high profile M&A transactions for most of the industry’s major oil&gas companies. He is a member of the board of directors of the largest Bulgarian real estate fund (quoted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange) and the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) under the patronage of H.R.H Prince Charles.
Bilian Balev Forem Consulting Partner
Joined Forem Consulting in 2003 through the merger of his company Nobel Advisors with Forem. Bilian has been actively involved in the establishment of the Bulgarian stock market, initially as one of the major traders on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and in 1997 also founded Capman Inc, a market maker on the Bulgarian capital markets. As the principal of Nobel Advisors, Bilian has performed major M&A transactions for international clients in Bulgaria
