ITCE

ITCE provides strategic IT services, technology solutions and managed services to leading corporate organizations from the telecommunications, banking and manufacturing sectors and the state administration. Due to rapid growth during the last few years, ITCE’s management team encountered difficulties in planning and tracking the financial performance of the company’s service lines and managing the increasing number of employees. In order to solve them, company managers decided to develop and implement a costing model alongside a budgeting model and an integrated human resources management system. ITCE engaged Forem Consulting to manage the development and guide the implementation of the improvement initiatives.

Forem Consulting was selected to develop and implement a balanced scorecard system in line with TeleLink’s corporate strategy.

OMV is the leading oil and gas group in Central Europe and the largest Austrian listed industrial company. Forem Consulting was engaged by OMV to design, develop and implement a performance measurement methodology and model related to project evaluation as well as measuring of significant company aspects such as mission, critical goals and objectives.

Address Group was looking of ways to boost the performance of its daughter company specialised in the sales of Bulgarian leisure properties to foreign investors - Address Worldwide.
